Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Please arrive promptly at 8 AM to check in as we begin at 8:30 AM.

You will receive a complimentary copy of the gold standard elections whitepaper and a scorecard to record any observations from the demonstrations.

Here are some helpful directions:

The American Journey Experience is located at 400 E Royal Lane. Coming from the hotels near Luna and interstate 635 you will make a Left onto Riverside and a Right into Mercury One studios. Go to building 3. This is what the entrance looks like.

This is the parking area and the left side of the building.

As the Gold Standard Expo approaches, we are getting excited to see you all!

This conference will be different than most because its purpose is not to educate the public. Rather, it is to bring together people who have been working long and hard in the election space to celebrate our achievements and to prepare for this next phase. We believe that collaboration will be key to any level of success between now and the mid-terms.

We are keenly aware of the amount of expertise and experience we will have at the conference. Our goal is to channel as much of this knowledge into collaborative networks to get done what we need to get done.

With this in mind, I am super excited about the very last session, which I will be moderating. The goal of this session is to collaboratively brainstorm and share solutions. In a very real way, you have become the experts in this space. We would hate to have a whole conference and miss the practical solutions sitting in the seats that could help someone else.

Organizing 100+ people into a session like this is no small feat so we are starting with a survey. If you could kindly click on the link below and fill out the survey it would help us gauge where people are at and the direction this discussion should take.

What should you expect at the Gold Standard Elections Expo?

  • Solutions-driven discussion to move us to a smooth 2026 election by addressing legislative, legal, and logistical concerns
  • Lots of fun and camaraderie
  • Demonstration of how to hand-count a “pick-3” race
  • All of the above

Check-in time is 8 AM sharp at American Journey Experience, 400 E Royal Lane, Irving, TX. We start promptly at 8:30 AM. Breakfast and lunch will be served

We are heading to the Ranch at Los Calinas for dinner on Saturday night. If you are going, we suggest you make reservations.

Any hotels on Luna Rd and Interstate 635 are close to the museum, so carpooling or connecting with other attendees will be ideal.

This is a reminder about the museum tour: Our group gets a 45-minute guided tour of the museum at 5 p.m. that day.

Did you know that ES&S and Dominion systems have yet to submit any systems for VVSG 2.0 testing standards? At the minimum, this may result in American citizens voting on hand-counted, hand-marked paper ballots for federal elections for the 2026 midterms.

We are only weeks away from the Gold Standard Election Expo, where we will discuss how to move forward in light of Trump’s executive order stipulations to ensure the 2026 midterms are conducted efficiently and securely. During the expo, we will demonstrate several distinct methods of hand-counting ballots and debut a manual way to administer and maintain the voter registration system.

It will be an intimate gathering with ample time for robust discussion and brainstorming. Our goal for this meeting is to overcome perceived obstacles to removing electronics from elections and provide practical solutions to move to a new paradigm of secure, accessible, transparent, and verifiable elections. Bring a collaborative spirit, and let’s have fun.
